Baby Blues and Beyond: A Group Therapy Experience for those suffering intense moods postpartum
You’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through this alone.
Bringing a new life into the world is life-changing—but it’s also overwhelming. If you’re feeling anxious, down, detached, or not quite like yourself after giving birth, you’re not broken. You may be experiencing a postpartum mood disorder—and there is help.
Our Postpartum Group Therapy offers a safe, supportive space for new mothers and birthing parents to talk openly, share experiences, and heal—together.
This group is for you if you're experiencing:
Persistent sadness or mood swings
Anxiety, panic, or constant worry
Difficulty bonding with your baby
Intrusive thoughts that feel scary or out of character
Irritability, rage, or emotional numbness
Exhaustion that goes beyond lack of sleep
A sense of guilt, shame, or inadequacy as a parent
You’re not weak. You’re not failing. You’re experiencing something real—and treatable.
What to Expect:
Weekly 90 minute sessions each with a different area of focus during the postpartum period, including bonding with your new baby, sleeping and other health concerns, relationships and sex postpartum, and body image concerns.
A confidential, nonjudgmental environment
Connection with others who truly get it
Tools and strategies to cope, manage, and heal
Gentle encouragement—no pressure to share more than you’re ready for
